The purpose of this plan is to provide a general framework to guide planning and decision-making as it pertains to the academic functions of the university in the case of a campus crisis. The focus here is not on the university’s overall response to an institutional crisis, but to raise questions and address issues related to the academic core of the institution which need to be considered in any crisis response plan. This plan hones in on issues related to teaching, learning, promotion, tenure, and faculty appointments.en_US
