Contains minutes of Senate meeting including announcement that the following ballot items passed 1) Goals and Strategies of the new strategic plan 2) Commendation of Attendance Policy 3) Indian College Core Certificate and 4) Cambridge International Credit; action to move to ballot a new library circulation policy limiting renewals; explanation by the General Education Committee on the new policy not to use ALEKS to test out of the general education quantitative reasoning requirement; Chancellor reports on preparing a budget based on 4,000 students, 1% compensation pool, and the fiscal year 2023 budget; EVCAA report on research funding from the Office of Research Administration, retention, and the low enrolled class policy; Policy Committee report on the Exigency Policy; report from the Senate's Campus Budget Advisory Council representatives; University Faculty Council report on a study of regional campuses to propose appropriate enrollment levels and the future makeup of Faculty Boards of Reviews; and a report by the Teaching Committee on the alignment of dossier materials for the all-IU and campus Distinguished Teaching Awards.
