Abstract

A voluntary, written affirmative action compliance plan for the employment of veterans of the Vietnam Era and Disabled Veterans in conformance with the Vietnam Era Veteran's Readjustment Assistance Acts of 1974, as amended (38 U.S.C. 4212, et seq.) and OFCCP's implementing regulations (41 CFR 60-250).
