Abstract
Spring 2021 issue of Foundations Magazine, the publication of the IU South Bend Alumni Association. Contents include an article about IUSB's efforts to support students during the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, including counseling services, campus food pantry, peer mentoring, and the university's reception of $4.5 million through the federal CARES Act to support students suffering economic hardship; article about Dwyer College of Health Sciences launching two new graduate programs for speech and occupational therapists; alumnus profile on Andre Anderson '99, poet and clinical practitioner; article detailing the success of the Indiana University Bicentennial Campaign and spotlights on student beneficiaries of some of the 85 new IUSB scholarships created through the campaign; feature on planned gift made by Emeritus Professor of History Patrick Furlong to benefit the IUSB History Department, the Masters of Liberal Studies, and the Franklin D.
