Abstract

University Chancellor McRobbie delivered opening remarks at the Farewell to Kabul: Afghanistan after the Withdrawal Conference, which examined the implications for international relations of the withdrawal of foreign forces from Afghanistan in August 2021. During the speech, McRobbie highlighted IU's 50-year ties to Afghanistan and recent IU-led efforts to respond to the country's current crisis.
