Minutes of Academic Senate meeting including presentation of an amendment to revise the charge of the Campus Directions Committee, action on a proposed method for selecting associate faculty representatives to the Academic Senate, discussion of adding a category of reappointment with some reservations for Senior Lecturers, presentation of a draft resolution calling for the extension of benefits to domestic partners, reports by the Assessment Committee, the General Education Task Force, and the University Faculty Council Representative, and reports by the Chancellor and Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. The EVCAA's report includes a presentation on Re-imagining the First Year.
